2. Website visits and hosting
Our website is intended to be hosted through Hostinger. When you access a website, the hosting infrastructure may technically process your IP address, time of access, requested pages, browser and device information and security-related log data. Such processing is generally necessary to deliver the site and maintain its security and stability, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in secure website operation.
Hosting company details, infrastructure locations, log retention periods, subprocessors and any cross-border transfers depend on the exact Hostinger service and account configuration. These must be confirmed against the applicable hosting agreement and data processing terms before publication.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, contact details and enquiry, to respond and manage the communication. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns prospective contractual measures, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business enquiries. Relevant legal retention duties may apply under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
This website uses email links, not a server-side contact form. Clicking an email link opens your own email application. The email services used to send and receive messages may process communication metadata and message content according to their own infrastructure and our service arrangements.
4. Cookies, analytics and external media
The website files provided in this package do not set cookies, use browser storage, include analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, embedded videos or external third-party scripts. A cookie consent banner is therefore not implemented in this initial version. 5. Links to other websites
The project portfolio contains external links. We do not automatically connect your browser to those linked websites merely by displaying a link. If you choose to open one, that website's own privacy information applies.

We retain enquiries for the period needed to handle them and for any applicable statutory retention obligations; the specific retention period depends on the nature of the correspondence. Website-log retention needs to be confirmed with the hosting configuration.
